Jon R. Foust
Director of Marketing and Client Service
Jon is responsible for leading Roxbury’s nationwide marketing and business development effort. In addition to servicing many of the firm’s largest client relationships, he is a member of the firm’s Oversight Committee and Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Roxbury in 2000, Jon was a principal and director of marketing and client service for Winslow Capital Management, a Minneapolis-based money management firm specializing in large institutional accounts. He previously was vice president of institutional marketing with Investment Advisers, Inc. Jon began his career with the Saudi International Bank in London, England and has been in the investment management business for more than 22 years.

Jon has a B.A. in economics and psychology from St. Olaf College.

Jay A. Pollitt
Director of Sales
Jay joined Roxbury in 1998 and is responsible for directing Roxbury’s nationwide sales efforts. In addition, Jay maintains client and consultant servicing responsibilities for many of Roxbury’s relationships in the central and eastern regions of the United States.

Jay began his career as a senior sales and account manager for MetLife, where he spent nine years in the employee benefits area, specializing in managed care. He came to Roxbury from Caremark, where he was an area vice president working with institutional clients with more than 30,000 employees.

Jay has a B.A. in finance from the University of Iowa and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Heather R. Blomgren
Consultant Services Manager/Client Service Representative
Heather's responsibilities are two-fold. She is responsible for the supervision and preparation/distribution of RFP's, RFI's, due diligence questionnaires and specialized cilent reporting. She also oversees consultant/broker databases and manages performance reporting to consultants, brokers, sub-advisor programs and potential clients.

In addition, she serves as a client service representative for both Roxbury and Mar Vista Investment Partners. She joined Roxbury in 2000 and works out of our Minnetonka office.

Heather is series 6 and 63 licensed, and has a B.S. in finance from the University of Northern Colorado.

Kathleen C. von Schlegell
Senior Marketing Associate/Compliance Designee
Kathleen joined Roxbury in 1991 and currently serves as a senior marketing associate and client service representative for both Roxbury and Mar Vista Investment Partners. She coordinates the firm's marketing support effort and plays an instrumental role in the development and implementation of the strategic marketing and presentation materials, including the firm's websites. In addition, she oversees the management of Mar Vista's Los Angeles office and holds the role of compliance designee for the Mar Vista group.

Kathleen has a B.A. (cum laude) in communication studies from San Francisco State University.
