Alfred J. Lockwood , CFA, CPA Al is lead manager of Roxbury’s Small/Mid-Cap strategy. He joined Roxbury in 1992 and is responsible for the general research of mid-cap companies.

Al’s previous experience as an audit manager for Ernst & Young exposed him to company managements in the small- to mid-cap space across a diverse range of industries, including distribution, healthcare, and technology. His CPA background complements his securities analysis in researching such companies.

Al has a particular skill in assessing a company’s complete business context relative to its competition and the marketplace.

Al has a B.S. in accounting from California State University, Northridge, and likes to look beyond the numbers for undervalued or misunderstood investment opportunities.

Richard M. Graziadei, CFA
Richard M. Graziadei, CFA Rich is lead manager of Roxbury’s Mid-Cap Value strategy. He is also an analyst covering the financial services sector.

Before coming to Roxbury in 1998, Rich was a cryptologic officer in the United States Navy specializing in subsurface special operations. He has a B.S.F.S. in international economic theory from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. in finance from The Anderson School of Business at UCLA.
