Daiva Navarrette, Head Trader

Daiva is Roxbury's Head Trader and is responsible for all trades connected with our Mid-Cap Value strategy. She joined Roxbury in 1992, initially in our operations department, before moving on to the trading desk. She has been the firm's Head Trader since 2001. Daiva has a B.S. in economics from UCLA. She has been on the Security Traders Association of Los Angeles Board of Directors since 2002 and currently serves as the organization's President.
Ryan G. Brouillette

Ryan is responsible for trading Roxbury’s Small-Cap Growth strategy. Prior to his current role, he was a trader for Roxbury’s Large-Cap Growth strategy. He joined the firm in 2000 and has a B.S. in business administration from the University of Colorado.
Erik J. Hirsch

Erik trades and assists with portfolio implementation for Roxbury’s Small/Mid-Cap strategy. Prior to joining the firm, he was a system engineer at Pacific Envirosystems, where he worked on Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems. He has a B.S. from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy and is a CFA candidate.
Grace Oviatt

Grace is the primary trader for Roxbury's Large-Cap strategies. She was previously a senior institutional trader for Engemann Asset Management, where she worked for more than 10 years. Grace has a B.S. from the University of La Verne and is a member of the Security Traders Association of Los Angeles.
